ABOUT / HISTORY of MSBC
Morning Show Boot Camp (MSBC) has been one of radio’s most respected industry gatherings for nearly four decades. Founded by Don Anthony, MSBC was created as a place for radio’s top talent, programmers, producers and associates to learn, connect, and recharge by hearing directly from peers, leaders, and innovators who truly understand the business.

Originally focused on morning shows, MSBC quickly became known as a must-attend event for talent and programmers at all stages of their careers. Over the years, it has built a reputation for honest conversations, real-world takeaways, and a strong sense of community within the radio industry.
In recent years, MSBC has evolved to reflect the modern radio landscape. While honoring its roots, the conference has expanded its programming to welcome all radio talent and creatives, covering topics like mental health, content creation, video, social media, branding, podcasting, and career sustainability.

MSBC continues to grow, bringing the radio community together in multiple new cities, with fresh energy, enhanced production, and a renewed focus on the present and future while staying true to the passion and purpose it was founded on.
