It’s not just a conference. It’s where radio people go to remember why they fell in love with it, and to figure out how to survive and evolve inside an industry that doesn’t always love them back.

IS RADIO MSBC FOR MORNING SHOWS-ONLY?
Nope! While MSBC began as a morning show event, it has evolved into a gathering for everyone in radio: hosts, producers, programmers, promotions, digital, sales, and more. Even if you’re “on the beach,” you’re welcome here! RADIO MSBC is all about bringing the entire radio family together.
WILL RADIO MSBC EVER RETURN TO CHICAGO?
Absolutely. Chicago will always be part of MSBC’s DNA. Going on tour doesn’t mean goodbye, we’re just expanding. Our goal is to keep the event fresh, accessible, and welcoming to new talent while honoring the roots that made MSBC what it is today.
WHY IS RADIO MSBC CURRENTLY ‘ON TOUR’?
After nearly four decades mostly in Chicago, we learned something important: many of our longtime attendees will come to MSBC no matter where it’s held. That gave us the opportunity to try something new.
By taking MSBC ‘on tour’, we’re able to meet new radio talent where they already live. If Chicago felt too far, but MSBC is suddenly in your backyard then why not check it out? Cities like Dallas, San Diego, and Austin helped us welcome first-time attendees who may not have traveled before, and many of them are now part of the MSBC family!
Going on tour also gives us more flexibility with venues, keeps the experience fresh, and helps us keep costs more manageable. All while staying true to what MSBC has always been about: great content, real connections, and most of all… the love of radio.

ARE THERE DISCOUNTS FOR STUDENTS, INTERNS, UNEMPLOYED, OR GROUPS?

HOW CAN I PITCH MYSELF (OR SOMEONE ELSE) FOR A WORKSHOP / PANEL / PRESENTATION ETC?
WILL THERE BE SHUTTLE SERVICE OR TRANSPORTATION HELP?
RADIO MSBC does not currently provide ground transportation. If you’re a sponsor and would like to offer ride share discount codes to attendees, please contact our marketing department at info@radiomsbc.com.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
Nope! Casual. Some people choose to dress a little nicer, but you will not be looked down upon for wearing jeans and a t-shirt! :)
CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKET TO SOMEONE ELSE IF I CAN NO LONGER ATTEND?
Yes. You will need to work with the interested party to secure payment from them. Then you may contact us with their information to make the ticket transfer.
ARE MEALS INCLUDED WITH MY TICKET?
Lunch is provided to attendees on Friday, but if you’d like to attend the Women’s Luncheon on Thursday, you will need to purchase a ticket.
